Showed up w/stains & once put together, nothing like how it looks online. Pillows don’t fit, too small for the seats. The pics online show them fitting snug, nope. I got catfished. The seat cushions are understuffed, loose, they shift & slink under you. If you manage to get comfortable on top of them, when you get up the couch is a disheveled mess. Also, it’s not soft at all. The foam body is quite hard and the thin pillows are too flat, all you feel is the stiff body. This couch should be $400.

Rove lab’s policy with defective products and final sales is poor. Requiring an extensive review process for a $50 item that is clearly defective and not fit for purpose is a customer unfriendly process. Refusing to issue a refund and insisting in sending an unwanted replacement is also poor policy. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not shop with Rover again. Terrible and ridiculous customer service. I bought the M1 sectional sofa and got nonstop defects: the foam “settling” excuse is a lie—after 2 months there’s still a 10 cm height difference; the colours don’t match because they shipped pieces from different batches and told me to just accept it; and worst of all, the right section is missing the entire back-support zipper. Their excuse? “That’s the new version.” Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT buy from RoveLab!!!!!!
