Initially, the base arrived with broken zippers. Customer service did replace it, which I appreciate. However, even the replacement has zipper issues. The base foam zippers are not as heavy-duty as the frame zippers, making them very difficult to connect. We’ve had to slightly open the base zipper just to get the frame zipper head to slide in. Assembly/disassembly is much harder than it should be. The zippers don’t feel properly tested or durable. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
