I placed my order and completed the payment two weeks ago, but I did not receive any email confirmation regarding the dispatch. After waiting nearly two weeks, I contacted the supplier via email to request an update. It then took a further three days to receive a response with the dispatch details. After a month since making the payment, I have only received half of my order. Two items are still missing.

I spent $159.90 on a magnetic train set. It was packaged poorly and arrived too damaged to be given as a Christmas gift as planned. The ‘free gift’ is broken and doesn’t work. The ‘special edition trains’ were not within the packaging. The extra large 198 piece set is just 2 identical 98 Piece boxes. Of the 98 pieces only 36 are train track pieces, the rest is complete nonsense including street signs and the stickers for the street signs and 50 support pieces which are completely unnecessary.

I do believe the overwhelming response to the advert for the product caused the company a few issues. I'm so very grateful that it arrived before Christmas.
