Very easy website to navigate and find what your after

Took a while for shippment and then the box arrived bent and crushed.

Poor company and service. They don't reply to emails either. Stay away from this company.

the 2 extra trains I ordered have not been delivered

Ordered 2 products only received 1. The one I received I thought was not worth the money I paid and I have repeated emailed your company to return what I did receive and get a full refund but your company hasn't responded to any of my emails. I would never buy anything from your company again. Very disappointed in your service. I have now taken this further.

Delivery took longer than i respected, especially as i thought i was buying from an Australian company.

Ordered the large tracks and the trains. Received the tracks, but no trains. Ordered back in late November and only received tracks in mid December. Still no trains. Have emailed and still not received anything, but they were happy to ask me for a review on something I am still waiting for. There’s also no contact number so cannot be ring.

It a waste of money

Company is a scam! Have been trying to get a refund for weeks!! Before it even shipped and just got the run around!! Definitely would not recommend!

Took over a month to get my order which wasn’t amazing. Customer service was poor. I got one response that my order was on the way and then no further response when I chased after a week of not receiving anything. I was also supposed to get two additional train me with my order that never came. I will never ship from here again. A rip off!

Save yourself the pain, they won't send you what you order and won't answer emails.

Ordered two extra carriages and paid for but they didn’t arrive. Very very poor. Also no response from my attempts to contact you to find out where they are. Pretty poor and very disappointing. Especially for my kids.

Horrible experience!! Over a month and still no product or contact back after requesting updates. I think this is a scam.

Delivery was slow but that was understandable being right on Christmas time. Communication was very good.

For the money paid for these blocks ($200) and was sent from overseas so not an Australian company

I would never buy from this company again. The products are not what was advertised. They are cheap and poor quality not up to Australian standards. This company should not be allowed to advertise or sell products. They are misleading and cheap quality
