Took so long for the order to arrive but that may have been Christmas shopping time. Would have been great to have more communication on how my order was going, did think I was going to lose my money for a bit.

Terrible experience purchasing from your company

Thank you for sending this. Why? Because it is the only contact i have had from you. I have sent a number of emails to you about the non delivery of this order. You have been so igorant of me, I am totally turned off your company. So unless you provide a reply and sort this out. My review stands at how many negative stars you can think of. A little courtesy in email reponse would go a long way with cutomer service. SO I CAN NOT RATE YOUR PRODUCT, but can certainly rate your service Jeff Illingworth Order #190580

I took forever to get the product, being and Australian owned and operated company its appalling that i have to wait to receive it from China. The product is so much smaller then anticipated and parts do not fit and the train will not charge it will not be buying this product again nor will I be rating well when asked by friends and family.

I probably won’t order again. Delivery was slow and not exactly as I ordered

Failed to supply all items ordered and would not respond to my email. Only when I did a charge back on my credit card did they offer a refund, but tried to make out that it was my fault.

Communicate with your orders. Openly and honestly.

Terrible service. Very slow to postage. One item never arrived. I am extremely disappointed, have contacted support, never replied. Never purchase from them again. Do not recommend.

They did not reply to my message ,claimed they were in Qld but instead drop shipped from China which seems somewhat dishonest after saying they were in Australia,I expected much faster shipping that matched their very own stated "shipping policy" of delivery in 15 days. I would suggest buyers simply cut the middleman and just buy direct from AliExpress or similar as the shipping time was deplorable.
