Zero customer service, dont respond emails nor did they respond on social media. Refund policy excludes sales when the whole site is on sale, this is misleading and deceptive trade practice and is now referred to fair trading.

Don't advertise as Australia when clearly you are not. Do not use Couriers that do not care about Xmas deliveries.

You would have received 5 stars but because my order was short delivered the Two Bonus Engines, I gave a 4 star rating.

Include more than one train in each set.

All these products you can get from Temu for half the price. From an AU site but takes 3 weeks to come and parcel comes from China. Also with a Sensory name but not ndis approved

Never received part of my order and gift came broken. No reply from the company. Everything comes from China, even though this brand says sensory toys Australia. Take your money elsewhere, this brand is absolute trash

VERY DISSATISFIED!! Items took over a month to be delivered and when they arrived, were in squashed packaging and/or not functioning. When I sent an email outlining my concerns to customer service, I got no response.

Missing part of my order - 2 trains please refund. Do not trust this company, part of order never arrived and it’s impossible to contact them, an email on your site would be good. Products are very cheap quality definitely not worth what I paid they look like they have come from the $2 shop. State your an Australian company but pretty sure your American drop shopping from China. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought my big mistake.
