Have sent an email as toys were missing and as yet have not seen a reply

It took a little while to be delivered but understandably because it was Xmas. All packages arrived and were in good condition

Delivery took longer than expected and I was very worried I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas. Saying that, it arrived just in time (so I would give myself a bigger lead time if I order again). Saying that though, tracking information provided was invaluable.

Yes I received 2 x 96 packs both the same not a Mega pack. With no bonus trains I’m not happy with purchase.

Havent recieved my item not happy it was for my granddaughter for christmas instead she recieved nothing as l have no money left. Broke her 2year heart and mine

Delivery time was very slow and was delivered well past the 'expected' arrival date.

Not responsive to texts, emails nor Facebook messages. Wrong kit size sent. Bonus offer 2 cars/trains were not included and kit sent had parts not shown in advertising as part of the part count... integrity of company is questioned...

I first asked when it would be delivered and your answer was sorry I must have ordered it from another supplier I am very disappointed then had to go to pay pal to help then soon after I got a response from your company that it was on it way

Yes stop deceiving people with the advertising of how many pieces. If you say 98 pieces makes sure people know that there DEFINITELY IS NOT 98 Pieces of train track and that you include the tiny plastic grey post things in the 98 count.

Item took ages to get here. Way beyond expected arrival date. Was worried it wouldn’t arrive by Christmas. I know it’s Christmas & it’s busy, but just too extraordinary time.

Poor quality and doesn’t work properly. Waste of money…

Pictures advertised seem better than what you receive.

Part of the order missing, no customer service support. Missing Christmas gift, order in Black Friday Sale in October. Very poor customer service.

Yes, ok, but only few pieces really You need multiple big packs to make anything like your adverts. Too expensive really.

I had issues with other products arriving in damaged condition due to poor packaging and their response to my concerns has been very poor.

I never received it for my son as we had to leave the house for personal reasons so can’t come t on product but pissed off I can buy it way cheaper for same thing on Temu

Zero customer service, dont respond emails nor did they respond on social media. Refund policy excludes sales when the whole site is on sale, this is misleading and deceptive trade practice and is now referred to fair trading.
