Site says posts out of Australia and in a matter of days! Took a few weeks to get any updates and it was posted out of china. And missing the 2 free trains!!! Very disappointing and scam like business practices

Took so long to arrive in contacted them through chat from fb page, nothing was resolved by them they said it would arrive before Xmas but because of the damaged box I decided not to give it as a Xmas gift

The kids love it

Delivery was very slow and cake in different deliveries but no communication. Items seem to be something I could have ordered through Temu for half the cost.

Took too long to come and still haven’t received all my order disappointed to get the tracks but not the trains unable to give to my grandson for Christmas present

I don’t feel I need to elaborate further on my experience.

Everything went well. Took a while for delivery but it was yo the NT.

My order never arrived. Claimed it’s an aus based brand but it clearly is not. Purchased for my son’s Christmas present and it never even showed up. Emailed at the start of December and took far too long to get any sort of response. Very disappointed, wish I had looked at previous reviews of this company before purchasing!

Ordered 27 nov. Delivered 29 december 2025. Christmas present for 2 childten. Website said 3 to 7 days delivery.Totally unacceptable. I require full refund.

Horrible, lying company! Product is not sent from Sydney as they state, it takes over a month and comes from China. Premium prices for a bad product/service.

Terrible delay in responding to messages, and when you did, you ignored my requests. Dreadful all round experience Christmas has also passed and I still have not received it

Very slow in delivery. was thinking it wasnt going to come took 1 month.

Terrible service, terrible communication, do not buy under any circumstances. They might look legit but there's something decidedly off about this company. Don't waste your time and money.

Customer service is terrible, staff are not following up - I had an item not arrive and the issue is yet to be resolved

My surprise toy was in a box that was squashed and the toy inside did not work. The Minecraft blocks, also in boxes that were squashed and not as described. The coloured paint for my other item, had spilled in transit and I cannot use it. I have sent several requests for a refund as described on your website site though no one has responded. These items also were shipped from China and not Australia as it claims to be Australian owned

Took more than 4 days to get a response to my email from the support team.

The gift was ordered in November and I received it on Christmas Eve so it took quite a long time to arrive. I'll have to keep this in mind for future purchases.

Placed my order on October 27, it’s now December 29 and still haven’t received it. Had to chase to receive tracking info also. Very unhappy my child never got their Christmas present on time.

Have still not received my complete order and my emails remain unanswered or replied with untruths. Extremely disappointed

Need prompt shipping and better commuication as im a sole carer for my nephew his christmas wasnt a very good one due to no train set after waiting for over a month
