Disappointing

Post took a while, and the tracking took ages to update, but it arrived like they said it would

Haven’t even received the product that was ordered well over 30 days ago. Customer service is non existent & no help at all. I recommend not purchasing from this supplier.

Took to long to arrive to my door so had to purchase another present for my grandson

Avoid at all costs. Communication is non existent and it seems I’m one of many who haven’t had orders completed.

Tracks pieces are very little as piece size includes the other bit and bobs to put to gether

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go near your business still waiting for you to refund me 🤔

Item arrived unboxed and with no instructions. This was meant to be a Xmas present but I was too embarrassed to give it the way it came. Also, the recording is so faint you can’t hear anything. This would have to be the worst thing I’ve ever bought. Waste of money. Have sent many emails re this items and no response from company.

I was very disappointed with the delivery of my products. There appeared to be no care with the packaging at all and everything arrived totally squashed, hopefully not broken, the 'giggles the giraffe' I ordered didn't even have instructions or anything with it, just shoved into a bag. I also thought I was ordering from Australia but it appears that it had just been sent directly from China. Overall very disappointed after spending a considerable amount of money unfortunately.

I wish I had negative rating options. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate business. I ordered it for Christmas a month earlier. It never came. My child's excitement was murdered. I did not even open it when I received it after Christmas. Its in the bin. I would never ever deal with this business in my life and will not let anyone I know deal with it as well. Totally disappointed!!!!

Sadly the magnetic rail strips on some of the blocks were not all secure so train stopped because of the uneven surface.

I assume all the problems occurred due to the Christmas rush, however my worries would have been relieved if I had heard from customer service.

Products are a bit expensive and delivery took way too long as it came from China
