Would give 5 stars but I didn't receive my complete order 😕

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Beware also that they trade under different names. Was sent an email to submit a review on an item I ordered back in November, But How can you submit a review when you still have not received the item! It was meant to be part of a Xmas present! Excuse after excuse then they have the hide to send Bogus tracking information, followed by the same repetitive replies to my emails advising that “it’s a busy time of the year” or “we’re having issues with our couriers”

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy from your store again.

Very Happy with the service Despite a lot of negative reviews I cannot complain Emails answered, parcel tracking working order placed end of November and received well before Christmas with order received as a complete order. Would happily order again through this company.

Placed order November 30 for Christmas. It is now December 31, order still has not arrived. Had to shop Christmas eve for presents as order didn't arrive.

I contacted them about part 2 of my order not arriving and they were not helpful at all. They said to contact the seller and that they could not help further even though it’s their shop.

Send products that actually work.

No reply to emails when missing items

Absolutely love the toys but customer service is absolute crap you send multiple emails to get updates and only get a reply 1 week after they were delivered.

Please respond as to how I can This problem resolved. I did give the giraffe to the person I bought it for. I feel very bad I got stuck with somebody’s return instead of a new one that I paid for.

Take too long to ship. It took almost 5 weeks for me to receive my order. The packaging is terrible. 2 products box is damaged. I expected a better quality, faster shipping and better packaging

Disappointing to have purchased a Christmas present for my son from your website which was an Australian website, to have the item shipped from another country and to have still not arrived a month later …. Might arrive next year is what I can finally track!

The order has not been shipped. I ordered this over a month ago for my grandson for Christmas! You have not replied to my emails. I demand a refund within 24 hrs otherwise I will be taking this further.

There was a weird opened lollie wrapper from China inside my track box. Not very professional. Product is good. Took 4 weeks to deliver though. Works well so far.

I expected better quality for the prices paid, some stuff in plastic others in crushed boxes, I bought 7 items over 300 dollars, Feel like I made a huge mistake...lesson learned...I was embarrassed at Christmas with the presentation an actual gifts. Should have returned all of it and spent it wiser
