See my previous review regarding the frustration about missing the lip holder. I will also point out that I am the customer- not my husband- as I say in my e-mails to customer service that are signed by me, and the fact that the orders are shipped to me. It would be nice the e-mails were read, at least all the way, so that I am the one the response is sent to and not him. This makes me wonder if AI is sending the messages. Hmm?
