They're saying that my order arrived when it did not I'm missing a whole order they did send the freebie lip oil holder though in a small package but the big order is not here has not been delivered to me and these were supposed to be gifts so I'm really sad. The second order I made made it here and it's great besides the lip scrub and carrot cake which did not smell anything like carrot cake it was very bell peppery. There was nothing sweet about the smell I'm not sure If it was a bad batch?

The emails given don’t work, you cannot get in contact with anyone. I’ve tried [email protected] which was at the bottom of my order email and the Shop app. I tried [email protected] which I found on your website. Both came back address not found. The tracking number says “Sorry, we can’t find the status of your tracking number. Please verify your tracking number and try again.” I’ve never been so stressed ordering Christmas presents from a company. Hopefully I get an update from someone!

My experience has been horrible. I ordered a set of makeup brushes as a Christmas gift and they arrived in the actual box they come in (not a shipping box) in the snow and got wet and then it doesn't say they came from PLouise, it came from Amazon? And the seal on the box was torn off, had clearly been opened and was taped up like a 5 year old did it. I've emailed about 5 different emails, called and sat on the phone for 1.5 hrs and still didn't speak to anyone. This is unbelievable...
