Customer service was great. Baum is a smaller build shop and they came across better than many large volume brands. The communication made me feel like I was very important to them, something only a few other brands have done. I already have my next Baum guitar on order.

Wonderful playing feel, a round and warm sound with excellent attack. Aesthetically beautiful! Excellent materials and very solid. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the pickguard coating: it's too delicate and leaves marks as soon as you pass something even slightly hard over it (in my case, I marked it while cleaning it). But the guitar deserves top marks!
