Guitar arrived quicker than expected and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

Incredible experience with them

Everything went great there was just some misunderstanding from my side about the down payment. (You have to first pay up the whole price by monthly, before the product will be sent. I thought that usually you get the product when you start the payment, my bet I did not read the details) But besides that the team was very helpful and responsive.

Regular updates through the order/shipping process. Got it very quickly.

Had to change my address during the order as there can be long wait times to receive instruments. I reached out initially to the customer support team and they assured me that my address had been updated and that the bass would be delivered to my new address. It was delivered to my old address and it created a lot of annoyance and confusion as the people living in my old address thought it was for a similar house number in the same estate which resulted in the bass being lost for a week.

Sent wrong instrument and then it took a couple weeks to resolve the issue. Also I had to remind them to ship me an instrument two weeks after I paid it off.

The shopping was simple and fast.

Ordered on a Saturday and on the next Wednesday the bell rang (considering the order was to send to Madeira island). Excellent!

Customer service was great. Baum is a smaller build shop and they came across better than many large volume brands. The communication made me feel like I was very important to them, something only a few other brands have done. I already have my next Baum guitar on order.
