Took significantly (about 2 months) longer to arrive than planned. That in itself can happen, but the updates were lacking and could have been more proactive. Other than that, Baum delivered a great product!

I was a little disappointed with the delays in delivery, but I am very happy with the product once delivered.

Process was easy, had no issues.

Spoiled by the poor quality pot control knobs, of which two arrived cracked. Guitar itself is a work of art, well set up and playable straight out of the box.

I was sure DHL is a courier service, but it is a travel agency. My guitar travel the whole EU around for a long time, so at the end I decide to check the guitar on their depot. But BAUM PACKED IT PROPERLY and instrument arrives OK.So just the delivery was not very good.

Fast shipping, pleasant customer service staff. Everything you would expect from a professional company.

It’s all a bit vague and it takes way too long. Also, the Shopify account thing needs to go. It’s so impersonal.

Long waiting time, but worth it! The split payment option is something more dealers and manufacturers should offer. Works like a charm without taking a huge chunk of money out of the bank account in the middle of the month. Information about the recurring payments and the status of the manufacturing process is great too, as they always update you on the current situation. I can highly recommend.

Love my new bass! I need a Baum guitar aswell one day. I wanted to try a Nidhogg, because I think it is amazingly beautifull. When I first tried one, it felt like it was a natural extension of my hands. Then, when I started to play it, it just sounds so good ♥️ I love it!

Exceptional from start to finish. The whole experience with Baum Guitars was outstanding: smooth communication, genuine care, and impeccable attention to detail. The team was incredibly kind to my wife (who gifted me the guitar), and every interaction felt personal and professional. You can really feel their passion in everything they do.

It took really long. Don't know if I had ordered my Leaper Tone if I'd known it would take 8 months.

Took a little long untill delivery (but it was worth the pain)

All great with a small suggestion to improve the experience further: would be great to add a simple ETA field in the order so I don’t have to navigate through infrequent status updates for all batches in my mail or on the website.

Ordered online and it shipped exactly when they said it would. Arrived safe and sound with zero issues.

A mixup was made when my order was shipped, and I received a Wingman Bass instead of a guitar, but as soon as I informed the team involved, a new guitar was sent to me immediately, and a mere two days later, the Wingman was in my possession and ready to play. In summary; a mistake was made, but very quickly rectified, and I am still very pleased.

i was not expecting an 8 month delay but happy to have finally received it..

Website is easy to navigate and making the purchase was simple. Placed the order and within a few weeks it was at my doorstep.

Too slightly longer than expected, but representatives always responded when I requested updates.

Long waiting time and not do hood response to my emails.

Tried to return the included gigbag because of redundancy. This was not possible and a proposal to a trade with cables and a shirt (equal value proposal) was not possible. No big issue, but when looking for growth opportunities this could be one. Still worth 4 stars.

As I remember, the website was very easy to use. The after communication was good, got the order confirmation and so on.

I was very happy to get regular updates, explaining the production process step by step. I rather wait for something to be re-done when faulty, instead of receiving b-stock. Thank you Baum!
