Very poor customer support!

You Must have Patience

Very easy to buy the bass, but it took 7 months to get it. Only only or two notices were sent about the status, so I had to go asking all the time. And most of the answers were pretty generic, nothing specific about my exact order number. Eventually it worked out. And every time I emailed a query about status, it was answered in a day or two which is good.

Simple and very well communicated, as well as integrated with delivery and tracking apps.

OK, the waiting is a challenge but I really like the concept of buying the guitar before it is built and having the possibility to spread the payment up until the time you receive it (more or less).

Excellent experience working with the folks at Baum and they are building beautiful guitars.

Purchasing a guitar from the same city, my grandfather was born in is absolutely fantastic being all the way in Tennessee. This guitar looks fantastic and plays amazing. It is definitely a keeper.

Waiting time was 6 months instead of the announced 3, but the result is worth the wait and customer support is wonderful.

Very nice customer service and extremely fair way to make business. I received 15% discount because I bought the bass just before the store-wide discount was about to begin. Super satisfied and can't thank you guys enough. There was no need for you guys to actually do it, but you did it anyway. Five stars all the way. :)

Long time waiting

My third Baum guitar. Great quality, plays really well, and fully lives up to my expectations. Excellent service and communication with Baum Support when I have questions. Highly recommended.

I purchased my bass guitar in March and recieved it in November. I think there was production issues but I was initially supposed to get it in June. I sent emails to support asking about the delays and they were very quick and courteous in their responses.

Delivery date was postponed several times without any communication. I had to ask myself several times and the information was still very general and not reliable. The great experience after I finally had her in my hands outweighs everything else.

The website and shopping experience in general was good. However, the use of constant special deals, discounts etc. makes it come off as pushy and a bit cheap. If everything is a deal then nothing is a deal. The constant use of "Limited offers" feels like you're trying to hard, if you know what I mean? Your guitars absolutely speak for themselves, so let them! <3 Also, it would have been nice with more updates about the status of the order.

A bit of delay, but the boxes the instrument arrived in were thick and protected everything nicely. Good experience!!!

I ordered the guitar almost a year ago. Although I got several emails to explain why the delivery was delayed, I think it was a very long time.
