Easy to purchase.

A more transparent ordering process would be helpful. Expected arrival date form the factory and expected shipment date should me visible for the customer every time.

After a great experience with the support-crew I can’t say anything but wonderful. After some misunderstanding and miscommunication, I got the most genuine response I have ever gotten from a company!

Lovely guitar at great price but delivery was months late and communication regarding the delay was very poor. I’d still rate the wingman as the best guitar I’ve played, but the overall experience was less than perfect.

Perfect packaging, very helpful after-sales service

It’s totally worth the wait, but expect your batch to be delayed - it’s nobody’s fault, global supply chains are just a huge mess these days and the small team at Baum clearly doesn’t have the staff to keep every customer up-to-date all the time which is totally understandable. Other than that, very smooth and straightforward ordering process!

Keep on the great work, your designs are really unique and great! That's what made me choose Baum and after hearing the sound it produce I am hooked!

Really great pickups! Sound is really punchy. Design is fantastic! String height not perfectly adjusted, have some string buzz. Painting not quite as expected but not a serious problem. Delivery time unfortunately not as expected and I would have appreciated to get individual status on my order number.

When I ordered the website said delivery October 25. The guitar was delivered late January. I know they have had problems but the website should be honest about time of delivery

Beautiful and great to play guitars. Really good setup most likely from their extra mile before delivery. I am looking for a second one. This time an acoustic. Would prefer one with cutout but isn't there so just discussing with myself to bridge time til Baum Coutout Dreadnought with Scandinavian Green Leaper. Additionally the Baum team is so qualified and friendly. If you have any questions they will answer quite fast and helpfully.

Other than not having instant gratification from buying this in a store, the experience was good. The waiting is the hardest part.

Customer service was incredible. They helped me throughout the process, and the payment schedule was painless while I waited for my Tenth Anniversary bass—great experience with the staff. My guitar arrived safely, wrapped and delivered to the USA in its hard case.

Beautiful guitars, fast shipping and excellent customer service.

Would consider other models or variations of the wingman in particular as the various combinations I've seen are appealing.
