Easy and straightforward.

Managed to pre order the new Vega Revolt very easily. Not expecting it until September but the free t-shirt arrived very quickly. I have had lots of update emails from Baum and can’t wait to get my hands on the guitar.

Other than a delay with my preorder (which I doubt they had much control over) I am very satisfied with Baum as a company. They were very communicative from before I ordered, asking them all kinds of detailed questions until after I received my order when I had a couple follow up questions as well. I wish them nothing but the best.

I saw the guitar in an advertisement and once I saw it and started reading about it. I just had to have one, ordered it. It came across the ocean to America received it shortly after I ordered it great experience, Baum emailed and welcomed me to the family and ask how everything went, great company hope to buy more from Baum high quality well made guitar. Had issues with the delivery of my Wingman and the guitar was scratched when delivered too. Fantastic guitar and exceptional quality, but disappointed the pick guard was scatched. I’d waited so long for this, it would have been more trouble than it was worth to return it.

I preordered and payed the guitar in advance. Although it took quite some time until the guitar finally arrived at my place the wait was worth every single minute. The quality of the instrument, especially the setup are remarkable.

It was a Little complicated to follow the shipment-prozess, but overall really nice. Had a question once Which was answered quickly.

Purchase and transaction couldn't have been any easier. Lots of choices for style, color and selection, almost too many. Shipping was quick, arrived almost instantly and well packed. Everything was perfect.

I only give for stars because I had to wait almost 4 months to get my order delivered, thsi was beacause of several.delays, as I was informed, and the informarions reveived from the customer service was only general informations,didnt received any information about my order specifically. I sugges that they should improve this part of the experience, wich was not so good, but finally.when I get my order, and I opened the case and tried out the guitar, I knew that this is all a good quality stuff!
