All in all a great experience, just minus one star because it took quite a while to get the instrument.

Very happy with my guitar (Wingman). Excellent quality and arrived quickly. T-shirt is reasonable quality but took 3 months to arrive. The strap I wanted was not in stock when I ordered the guitar and t-shirt so I clicked the 'notify when back in stock' button. I noticed that it is now in stock but I wasn't notified. In short, excellent guitar, poor communication.

Other than the delays, and almost shipping it to the wrong address, my experience was very good.

I was disappointed that the production run for the Mamba Green Wingman did not kick off, but I am thrilled with the Vintage White (which honestly was my first choice save for price).

Apart from the logistical problems at the start,which beyond your control. Everything else was great, especially email replies and very quick responses. I wil definitely consider buying again.

There were production delays but Baum kept me well informed during my wait.

It all went very well, could have done with a few updates, the guitar arrived when it was still under quality control according to the link I had, but well worth the wait!

I waited for more than 8 months on my guitar. But when I bought it you made me believe that it would take two months. Furthermore, there was no information, I could go to a website and hope for an update, but never personal contact. The guitar is fine, but the service isn't. If you told me upfront that it would take so long, than it would have been fine. But not this way. Everymonth you told me next month probably. Rob van Druenen.

I was really worried after 2 weeks that nothing had happened despite the shop told me that the guitar was in stock. I then contacted Baum and they told me that your guitar will be shipped in coming 2 weeks. That was a surprise again, but I though you are just busy. Despite this, I received following day information that your guitar has been shipped which was confusing. Anyway, it arrived in few days with perfect condition and overall all went well!

Hello! This is my first time buying a Baum guitar. In this case, an acoustic one: the Leaper Melody VEGA - Nordic Green. The guitar arrived in perfect condition, excellently set up. Flawless. The design, color, and texture are absolutely beautiful. The construction and craftsmanship are of the highest level. Despatch of my guitar was delayed 2 weeks. An email exchange with Rasmus quickly rectified the issue.

It's beautiful, it's white and it fits my taste exactly and I would recommend the guitar to other people.

It is too early to tell will very much depend on how the complaint about my guitar is dealt with.

The wait was long for the preorder, but it was worth the wait.
