Uncomplicated. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, they are always quick and generous in resolving the issue. The quality of all products are very good and non-irritating for my sensitive skin and eyes. I have had a monthly subscription box for a few years now and I am still a very big fan! As a professional makeup artist I also use the products on my clients and everybody is very happy.
