Delivery was great, bondage lash glue is the only reason I come back. Disappointed that the CEO claims that she created cluster/manga lashes when east Asian makeup artists have been cutting strip lashes and applying them underneath their natural lashes since the early 2000s. Which in turn makes it even more wild that she bankrupts small companies in drawn out legal battles making similar lash extension systems when Lashify is already successful.

Quality control needs to improve to make sure there are no missing lashes. Whisper Light also needs improvement to ensure that it doesn’t turn opaque white over time. The applicator also gunks up easily. The wand also detaches from the handle which renders itself useless.
