The collection of watches is beautiful , however, if we talk about the complete online shopping experience, you have some major gaps:
1. On your site, you should clearly mention who is responsible for bearing customs fees and how much it roughly would be for each shopper’s destination country
2. You also do not have good ETAs for online order deliveries. My order took 2 months and 19 days to be delivered
3. Your international shipping partners are not doing a good job of communicating the current status of the order after it leaves the source country. I had to call multiple ports and customs offices to find out what happened to my order. If I had not been persistent, my order items would probably get stolen.
