I would like to thank Laine and all the team at Crib of Art for their outstanding customer support. I had a small issue with the artwork that I had ordered and advised the customer service of this. Within hours, I had an email inquiry as to the problem and next day Laine proposed different options. We finally agreed for a replacement which was delivered rapidly. Thanks to the team for excellent customer service

Apart from the delay after order and the time it took to receive, the customer service was great as my enquirers were handled promptly and I was kept informed which took the sting out of the frustrations I was having from the time it took….. thankyou crib of art..

This is a very beautful piece of art but came damaged during shipping. Infact i have ordered 3 arts from Crib of Art out of which 2 came as damaged ( broken and crushed frames). Sent an e-mail to support. They are still arranging for the replacements. Looking forward for the replacement.

Oh WOW, just WOW Your gorgeous butterfly print looked beautiful on your website but it is 1,000 times better in real life. I CANNOT wait to hang it when I move into my apartment on Monday. I am sure I will need more beautiful pieces from you when I move in

I purchased this as a gift for my amazing little sister and she was blown away and very emotional. She’s hung it on her landing wall so it’s the first thing she sees every morning

I had to pay duties on the picture which I didn’t know about??? I emailed you and was told nothing more was owing ??? Still had to pay additional $30.00 .. bad advertising!!

The item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We love the print quality, striking colours and gold frame. The only problem we have is deciding where to hang it. It was meant for our living room but looks equally fabulous in our hallway too. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Great quality and selection of art! Can’t wait to hang our piece. I do wish there was a wire either included or already attached at the back for hanging. We had to order our own, so we can use 3M hooks rather than nails to hang it. Otherwise, very satisfied!!

Love the picture super sharp and great detail. Looks great in the room. Delivery time from order to home was 14 days which is great as it came through two countries. Well packaged and looked after by courier

I really love the picture but it ha a problem as two of the tabs that lock the back panel in place, have not been assembled properly and are in front of the picture.

I will say I was a little impatient getting the artwork but when I did it was well worth every penny. The artwork is beautiful and a conversation to anyone that comes in my home. I will be ordering from them again in the very near future.

I love the product and the quality of the product. Much to my chagrin, the return policy left me thoroughly disappointed. I appreciated the accommodations but it took over two months to receive my replacement order.

Received my picture and although I loved it, there were creases across the bottom. After emailing Customer Support and sending photos, Pat arranged for a replacement to be sent, which arrived in perfect condition today. Things can always go wrong, but I really appreciate the ease and speed at which my issue was addressed. Thank you Pat.

We love the print and are glad that we paid extra and had the art frame fitted to the canvas. The wooden frame fitted around the canvas to which the art frame was fitted made the whole print feel very secure and sturdy. We would definitely recommend and would use the company again.

Framed prints have arrived in great condition and will fit beautifully into the room when I have finished painting. Delivery time not that long. Being able to track the parcels helped. Thanks

Just had house painted and wanted a new art piece to brighten my lounge room. This piece is stunning and exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait for the house to be finished so I can hang this new art work.

We got the framed 24". It was maybe nit as dynamically striking as we hoped, but we are very satisfied and it has been hung and draws the eyes like we wanted.

Looks great packaging was good & delivery was prompt. Still haven’t hung on wall as have to move a few things around but I believe it will look lovely. Was always advised of delivery progress. Thank you

Upon receiving our white flower art convas it was more than what I expected. It blended in perfectly with our furniture. It really brighten up everything. Definitely the focal point of the room.

Ordering and delivery were great but we thought we were ordering the print for framing and not mounted. We’ll be interested to see how easy it is fur the framers to remove it from the mounting.

Very nice print very happy, the colours are great one thing it be great if texture was added to the canvas this would have topped the print off. Many thanks for the swift delivery please let me know when you get further African prints available. Rgds GR

Love the picture but unfortunately when I eventually took the bubble wrap off for my son to hang on the wall the frame was damaged, hopefully you can help me thank you

Easy ordering on line. Quality of the canvas and the frame was great. Customer service was excellent, keeping me in the loop from receiving my order until delivery. I’m unable to show pictures as the canvas hasn’t been hung yet.

A couple hiccups but nothing that they didn’t take care of quickly. Their return response always was positive and Helen stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. End result I have a beautiful picture and am very happy

My original order arrived damaged by the transporter. I sent pictures over to Crib Of Art - Pat - who immediately placed a new order for a replacement picture. The picture is great, and the replacement arrived today.. no damage.. thanks for the service..

Living near the shore of the Grand Traverse bays, which is part of Lake Michigan, it fits the region perfectly. The canvas art is beautiful. The size and color are as advertised. I will have a burnt orange accent wall to pull from the picture. I can't wait to hang it in my new home.

The canvas came with no flaws or problems in shipping. It was packed well with bubble wrap and styrofoam on the edges. I feel it is great quality for the price I paid.

I have still to hang my picture, it is to go in our new build which isn’t quite move in ready yet but I have looked at the canvas which I had mounted in a black frame and I absolutely love it. The order process was easy and I was kept up to date on the delivery. Thank you
