Love this seat. My hips no longer pinch as they did before. I even got my hubby to try it. Keep on keeping on!

I use it at least 30 minutes everyday. It is great I have already noticed an increase in my depth of squat after the first week of using it.

Such a great addition to my living room, makes it easy to get more time in a squat and keeping good posture.

I like it a LOT, but not sure I could honestly say that I Love It. Likely, in part because I assembled it slightly off kilter to one side... the three corners don't align completely. Probably did not fully understand where to place the notches while assembling it. AT least i did it wrong consistently! I find it comfortable to sit on, and it seems to stretch out my lower back and spine in a good way. I would definitely recommend it to others.

It is difficult for me to just sit down on the stool. It really helps soften my landing when I finally get there!

Love it , helps me get a good stretch through my legs. So much better watching TV on it then on the couch

Helped with my lower back pain and my habit of slouching! Love to use the stool while watching tv or sitting outside with my dogs.

I really like it I just have one piece of feedback I think could improve it if there were lower height options. Example since I'm not very heavy it doesn't really go lower when I sit on it. I think a lower squat would be more beneficial. Also the assembly was a bit annoying and I'm the type that actually enjoys putting together furniture in IKEA stuff. Think I was just those metal circular plates were kind of hard to figure out how to position correctly.

I love this stool; use it almost daily and quickly becoming an all the time replacement for regular living room relaxing

This is such a game changer, i dont have much cushion back there and this makes sitting on the stool more enjoyable. Geart product

I can rest in a deep squat already but I like to use this when I'm playing games. I made a short computer desk so it's basically my office chair and I like it quite a bit for that purpose.

Not so sure about all the health claims made for this--time will tell--but it's for sure very fun to sit on using a variety of positions and to fidget with as I work on my laptop. I think it's a little overpriced, and the last step of the assembly was a pain, though.

A bit harder to put together than I imagined. It doesn't feel terrible to sit in, but also not the most comfortable while also not really giving me the feel of a deep squat like I hoped. Fairly disappointed.

The stool is 1000 times more comfortable with the pad.

The cushion is a great addition to my stool. Much more comfortable to sit for longer periods of time.

Not positive if I put it together properly but frankly it kinda stiffens up my low back after a session of sitting on it. Thought it’d be a good alternative to the couch but I’m kinda reluctant to sit on it for more than 5 minute at a time

Cushion is a must. It is the proper form and makes sitting comfortable.
