Very effective, works great, I’m just concerned about the durability. I trained jiu jitsu while wearing them and the knee area got pretty scuffed up. When I read the uses for the product, MMA wasn’t listed but rugby was, so I assumed a use in one rough sport would translate to another. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the product. It was good advice to go up a size if close to the line though, because the large fits me perfectly and I’m not a very big guy. I was skeptical if these but thought I would give them a try since the price wasn’t too bad. I was very surprised and pleased with the compression fit and the construction of them. I wear them for 7-8 hours daily at my job and my knees are virtually pain free while performing my duties. I’ll be getting a second pair to have as a backup. Well worth more than they cost. Shipping could be a little faster but considering it was free I suppose I can’t complain about that.

I love the support that the compression sleeves give me when running. I am amazed at how much better my knees feel when wearing them versus when I don't. To be honest though, I can't tell any difference between winter and summer sleeves. The weight and thickness seems to be the same. I was expecting an obvious difference when I ordered the summer sleeves, but I can't so I wear either pair for any season.
