I love the support that the compression sleeves give me when running. I am amazed at how much better my knees feel when wearing them versus when I don't. To be honest though, I can't tell any difference between winter and summer sleeves. The weight and thickness seems to be the same. I was expecting an obvious difference when I ordered the summer sleeves, but I can't so I wear either pair for any season.

I was skeptical if these but thought I would give them a try since the price wasn’t too bad. I was very surprised and pleased with the compression fit and the construction of them. I wear them for 7-8 hours daily at my job and my knees are virtually pain free while performing my duties. I’ll be getting a second pair to have as a backup. Well worth more than they cost. Shipping could be a little faster but considering it was free I suppose I can’t complain about that.

While these don’t solve bone on bone issues I have at times, I do feel they provide stabilization when I do taekwondo and boxing throughout the week.
