Right out of the box, I fully charged my new HiZoo massage pillow and completed a most relaxing session. The main reason I purchased it is to help with lymphatic drainage to reduce facial puffiness, 2nd chin and puffy under eye bags as I am a woman over age 50. This was worth every penny 😭 as soon as I turned my hizoo on, I was genuinely astounded by how good it felt. It truly feels like someone is behind you giving you a nice, deep massage. The heat is impressive as well! I started with the highest intensity and then switched to the lowest setting about five minutes in because it really does get into those muscles. This massager is amazing. It is very strong which is what I was looking for. No cords to deal with since you charge it and it is good to go for four cycles before needing to be recharged. I hope it lasts because there is no option to keep it plugged in during use, it comes with a short cord for USB type charging.

It’s good but the heat was a bit disappointing. Can’t even feel that it’s on. I do like the feeling as if someone is massaging you. I also like the fact that I could turn it on anytime I want not have to wait for a Massage Therapist. Overall, I like it.
