The product itself was not a good fit for me. It was uncomfortable and painful to use. I was happy to pay the $15 to ship it back, but the item came with no external box (to ship it back in) and no packing slip. You have to reach out to customer service for a return label. Customer service wrote me back with a few "tips" to make the item work and asked me to try the item for another three days and then we could look at "next steps" if I still didn't' like it. I already knew it was not the right product for me. I wrote back immediately, sent an additional message through their website, sent a text, and then sent a third follow up email - nothing. It turns out the 30-day money back guarantee is a false claim. You have 6 days to return the item before getting a 25% restocking fee, plus other fees if they feel the item isn't in perfect condition. And then the restocking fee goes up to 50% after week two, and more after that. If they drag out giving you a shipping label until day 6, it forces you into a restocking fee. Do not buy this product. They make it nearly impossible, if not impossible, to get a full refund!!!
