Im trying but its not working for me at all . Im back to throwing up regularly. Im sad as Id really hoped for a miracle. Sadly , on omeprazole I can eat normally ( Ive had a lifelong problem) but have suffered a lot of the side effects which is why I was so hopeful. I’m also taking remedies for yeast. Maybe the 2 don’t mix . Who knows ? My body is a very unforgiving chemistry set.

Was really hoping that it would help me. I’ve started off taking it by opening the capsules and taking with some water. Really upsets my stomach for some reason causing me not to be able to take the product. Have only been using 1 capsule to start of with as well. Bought it after reading how great it apparently was for acid reflux, has not helped mine at all. They recommend emptying it out the capsules and mixing with water and drining if taking in capsule form desn't help, but it tastes horrendous. Won't even bother woth the second bottle.

Hi Reece, I can’t comment on Pylo purge at this time. I took 4 capsules over 2 days. Had some routine bloods for yearly MOT ……. Some of the results showed inflammation so obviously I didn’t take anymore Not sure if it’s a gynae or G.I issue Having investigations at present

I have been writing repeatedly to Reece Mander about the dosage and when to take the tablets but no response at all. I have purchased 2 bottles but not taken them as I don’t know how to take them. I purchased Pylo purge after reading amazing reviews on it. I'm unsure if it's working as taking prescribed medication. Im half way through my 2nd bottle and no improvement at all, have tried taking 3 before breakfast and splitting them into water as suggested and no change. Even with omeprazole still have the same problems I tried just one day without an omeprazole and within 12 hours I had burning reflux. Extremely expensive for something that has no impact what so ever
