Been on PPI’s for years. Stopped taking them as needed an operation so decided post operation to try this as always have heartburn/reflux and have a hiatus hernia. Unfortunately after buying and trying for 2 weeks they did not work and in-fact made me feel worse. Aloe Vera juice and probiotics seem to work better for me but still get reflux. Back to the drawing board.
