The Lonza service was exceptional! I ordered these shoes in gray and the colour is gorgeous. The shoes come with Velcro straps, but I am able to easily get my foot inside without undoing the shoe. The furry insole and furry top are both lovely to the feel and fashionable. They are true to size and can be worn in fall, winter and spring. The sole is sturdy with good traction. I would definitely buy again from the seller.

I ordered an 8.5 and received a size 9. The shoes are a bit big but it's not worth it to me to go through the return process. The box had all these little balls inside at first i thought it was mice poo, I didn't know what that as about. . The fur inside the shoes keeps shedding. I'm not sure I would recommend too early to say.

I love the shoes however they are too small. I ordered a 10 . I need a 10.5, but you don't have it in a 10.5 or 11. I would have really loved the shoe but your sizing doesn't go up high enough on these shoes. I would love to have them in a 10.5 or 11, so I will give them away as a gift

I accidentally ordered two pairs of this style. I gave one to my daughter as a gift, sent one back, and received tracking and delivery confirmation that it went back to Lonza. THEN I received yet another pair (this is now 3 pair). I dont know how this happened but I need to return a second pair to you as well

Size 9 is too big. I tried contacting Lonza's 800# 3 times & left a voicemail 3x but no one returns the call. I'd like to discuss sizing with a human being, the "chat" bot doesn't do it!!! I'd like to do business with Lonza, but their customer service needs to improve.

They are very lightweight and seem to be well made. There isn’t any padding on the inside or the footbed of the shoes. I will see if I can find some thin well made insoles so I can wear them to go shopping, to museums, etc. Not quite as much room in the toe box as I would like so other customers might consider sizing up.

I really liked the look but I went with a recommendation of sizing up and it was too big. After taking into consideration of what my winter weather is like in the Midwest I decided to go with the black and not the beige white. So I sized to my regular size and changed the color. Super comfy. Size down to 8 and fits well. Only issue is you have to keep pulling the tongue into place. Since it's small it's not easy to do. I am thinking of super gluing it down. Worth keeping though!
