Had surgery unexpected and Lonza would not refund shoes even though surgery and recovery took months and didn’t even open the shoes until feeling stronger; wanted to return them and they said I was not within the refund timeline. Even after explaining why, they were sorry but would only issue a credit - only to purchase sandals that aren’t comfortable but for a short time. Use to love the brand but will abandon it; too many other brand choices with more flexibility and focus on the customer
