Lonza was great. Delivery was quick and the bag was as advertised. My two issues are that I wish that the handles were a bit bigger. While I understand the measurements are available, I wish they were a bit larger. I also wish that the inside pocket ( not the one with the zipper) had some sort of closure. It just hangs open and it can get in the way. I know all of this is easily resolved. The bag is beautiful and functional overall and I am very happy with my purchase. Happy to recommend Lonza!

These are cute shoes but the metal buckle design can rub top of the foot some. Very comfortable shoes and warm on my feet. These were second pair from this company that I had never heard of. My first was the fur trimmed ankle boots that I love so much. Good quality but little pricey.

The shoes are definitely beautiful. I did find that because my feet are a little wider and I’ve had surgery on my one heel that the shoe feels a little tight across the top, but I think with wear that will hopefully stretch out they are very comfortable to wear.
I find that the back of my one shoe is rubbing against my heel slightly, so I’m trying to break them in a little bit every day, but they are beautiful they are very comfortable and warm to wear. I would probably purchase these again ...

I went with a 10 and I can get my foot in but now a little large in the toe box area- so for a perfect fit widen the opening half inch

These shoes are comfortable and warm and pretty cute. They have become my go to in the cold weather, wearing them around the house and out when there is not snow on the ground. The sole of the shoe is wide and clunky, it takes a minute to get used to, and the look is the opposite of dainty!

The fit is perfect. I sized up and they were too big so I exchanged for my normal size and it was perfect. One of the decorative pins became unhooked and I almost lost it. So make sure you check those occasionally. The hook bent.

The Lunelle brown shoe is very comfortable. I purchased an 8.5 which is a good fit. (An 8 would have been too short in length.) However, my only “complaint” is that the shoe is quite wide. I added an insert to make it fit more securely. The shoe is also a bit heavy and clunky looking, but I find it appealing! I'm happy I bought them.
