I am 57 and have tried lots of different supplements over the years. Most I don't notice any difference at all. 4th jar this year. A little over a teaspoon in a cup of hot water followed by a glass of water on an empty stomach is the ticket. I only take it 1-2 times a week and 30 minutes later, rock hard.
