I take it 3 times per week or as needed this way my body doesn't get used to it. I like the stamina and sensation that gives me..in addition it's been a great help for my pelvic floor inflammation flare. In fact now I primarily take it when i m experiencing a flare ans it helps alot. The only downside code is that the company has failed to disclosed how much MG its in a dose. I emailed the company and no one wvwe got back with me.
