Love the racks. They are very low profile, well made, easy to use, and they hold my bike firmly through bumps and turns. For the product you get, the price is a steal in my opinion, good luck finding anything else for your van that is more reasonably priced than these bad boys. Not even to mention the quality of service you get with Unakagearco. They sent me replacement inserts, no questions asked, no charge, the day after I contacted them. Unreal company, unreal product!

We took the trip down to Spartanburg where Brad, Matt, and the rest of the Unaka crew installed the F45 for us at the shop. Weve only had it a week but so far so good. Unaka also installed one of their racks on our Promaster 159 last fall. Nothing but high praise for Unaka and the whole staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful and their products are quality!

Fitment was for a Promaster van, I used the larger side wall Unistrut directly fitted atop the manufacturers mounting points, this worked perfectly for my solar panel install. Brackets were perfect for the Fiamma awning. I coud use cone nuts to add to the Unistrut and this is how I attached the brackets. I needed to buy and use spacers between the bracket and Unistrut as the canopy was too close to the vehicle roof and the slots would not let me move the canopy outwards enough, I spaced up 3/8" ...

I needed a low profile way to mount my solar panels because of the carport my Promaster sits under. These were perfect, I was able to mount lower height 14 gauge unistrut directly onto the Unaka brackets, even used the Unaka bolts! These are well made brackets, good job Unaka.

Great product and very well thought of. I ve installed three in my van attached to the internal railing system. I can easily fit my road, gravel and my wife’s e-bike. I had amazing customer service from Unaka! I live in Canada and there is no re-seller here so I had the Promaster roof rack brackets sent to a friend who was visiting Texas. USPS couldn't deliver the package for some reason so it was sent back to Unaka. They generally re-shipped my brackets to another location without missing a beat. Great products and great customer service!

In Europe I have not found this type of kit for my bike-van. I mounted 3 of them on wood in the garage before taking it into the van on the mounting rail. It optimises precious space and allows for rapid loading and unloading by just removing the front wheels and nothing else. Time is precious as well :)

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it was the most frustrating thing to put together. I watched the videos, tried to follow the written instructions, but it did not go up as simply as shown. The quality of the rack is fantastic. The customer service was immediate and fantastic... but it was not an easy project to build. :) I believe they have a newer layout that is easier to work with.. it isn't the one I ordered..

The Unaka premium has a wider usable space than most brands. These extra solar rails allowed for a total of 800watts on my roof along with an AC. I’ve driven 4000 miles with it installed and it’s worked flawlessly.

Everything fit perfectly, the 8020 roof rack that I purchased earlier had room for other design features such as cargo boxes, so I purchased another cross bar. Now my van roof on my 136 WB Promaster sports two 200 watt solar panels, two max fans a spare tire and two cargo boxes.

Make sure to ask if they can put the new style crossbars in your roof rack box, that way no drilling if have the Rich Solar 250w panels. These both right up. My suggestion would be to use two spacers instead of one for the 250’s, way easier to get wrench in.

I needed an additional bracket to support my rear two solar panels and Jerry rigged a support piece together using an L bracket, a splice plate, and a solar mount bracket. I purchased all of these parts from Unaka and it worked out perfectly! Solar panels are secure and snug!

We'll, I didn't actually get a product from Unaka. I meant to order the through axle mounts but goofed up and ordered the mounting kit. As everyone but me knows, those mounts are out of stock. What was so great, five-star worthy, was the customer service I received when I confessed my blunder, I was graciously treated and it was easy to send back the parts I ordered in error. I'll try and do better, but these folks nailed it!! 👍

We've installed a lot of racks in our shop and there are a lot of good quality racks on the market. However, Unaka is our favorite. It is by far the most well designed setup out there and is what we recommend to our customers above all else.

So far so good with the Fiamma awning. Provides shade when needed for sure. It does seem a little delicate but anchoring the legs goes a long way for sturdiness. We like it. Thanks to the Unaka crew for mounting it up for us!
