No fault of Unaka, but we first received a Polar (white) awning and ordered a black one. Packing list even said black. Fiamma issue, did finally receive correct one after repacking and printing a return label for wrong one. I'm not a whiner, but because of this inconvenience, it would have been nice if Unaka would have volunteered some kind of compensation for this hassle. Total game changer for my eMTB. I put it in the back of my F350, which is high and awkward. Got my roof rack on sale because of an update, the online instructions were for newer model. When I called Unaka I got great friendly service and immediate email and support. Great company! Great roof rack! Just FYI- if you could fit in a parking garage before rack you may not fit after. Found out the hard way and the rack held up very well to being scraped back out of the opening I was jammed in.

I have to acknowledge that the Unaka Team provides good customer service when I bought my roof rack. The team is not perfect, but it made up for the shortcomings of the product by supplying me what were missing. The product is better designed than most of what I see out there. It' s now installed on the roof of my 170" high roof sprinter van. But, I have not fully loaded it yet to provide an idea of its quality. Over all, it looks good on my van.

I really like the finished look of the rack compared to mounting just on 80/20 with feet. And I did get 4 250W panel installed….. but what a nightmare. You have to remove all the side panels and wind fairing to install or move panels. There is no room to get the bolts started on T nuts and you will hate life. I sooo wish I would have went with the 200W panels.

Solar panel brackets are easy to install, and hold on to the panels well on an 8020 roof rack.The hardware provided is excellent. I have some t-nuts that are already fading and look rough. The ones from Unaka look like new. We have made several trips in our van, and there have been no issues with the solar panels.
