The cake was excellent. Highly recommend the earl grey flavour. Icing was not too sweet and the flavour was delicious. Strawberry compote was not too sweet either. I ordered the cake in black and merlot as was not disappointed in the colours! Colourant was water soluble so was very easy to clean and didn't stain.
