The most intricate cake I’ve ever had! It was almost too pretty to eat. Flavours were spot on. I’ve left it out two hours prior to eating but it seems the chocolate was still quite dense but it could be made that way.

The cake reminded me of a semi-dense Madeira cake, love the balance of the sharp tang from the chewy dehydrated lemon & the lemon curd which cut through any richness from the cake, countered by the buttercream icing & with the texture of the crunchy meringue to top it all off 😊 would try different flavors. The only minor issue was that I read on the card afterwards that it needed 2 hrs to warm down to room temp. Unfortunately I only had 1 hr from pickup to serving so we probably didn't have that 100% experience. Otherwise was perfect! Thank you 🙏😊

Hello! I recently bought a heart cake for my nieces 18th birthday and it was perfectly made!! Everyone loved the design and many compliments were received. I chose the chocolate cake with Belgian chocolate ganache filling and it was soooooo delicious!! My entire family is not really into cakes anymore after so many birthdays, but this particular cake was immediately devoured. 100% would recommend to others, and I will definitely be ordering from From Sugar again for future events!!
