I have traditionally always had a Britta water filter. However, the frequency at which you need to change the filters and the price point for those filters made me start to question their efficiency. Understanding these Water Machine filters are 10 year filters (or close to) It was a no-brainer and the glass vessels, make me feel better about the final product with less possibility of chemicals/ reactions interacting with the water.

I like my purchase of the water machine and believe it’s doing everything as claimed! It was packaged very well, very easy to set up. I like the looks better than a stainless steel one, no guessing at the water level. I put a mark with a black marker on the glass that tells me when I’m down 1/2 gallon, and refill with a half gallon pitcher. Very simple!

I was able to try out the water machine in California at my son's house while visiting. I was very impressed by it and love having filtered water instead of bottled water. I love the water machine and the way the water taste. The only drawback is I have 5 wild kids ages 3-11 and I am praying they do not knock it over! I have filled up a pitcher and put it in the fridge and told them not to touch the actual machine but I have caught them a few times getting water out of it. So far, i Love this machine! I’ve had it for a few weeks and so far so good. Water tastes much better and set up is pretty easy. Just wish it wasn’t glass in case it inadvertently gets knocked over since it so tall, it wouldn’t have the chance to break.
