The Bamboo Stand is solid and sturdy and will last for probably as long as you own your Water Machine. It’s built to last, perfect size shape and height. Easy assembly. Looks naturally fitting and compliments the clear glass design of the water machine. I use it on top of a stainless table as I don’t feel confident with putting it on a stand. Wife and I live in Arizona very near the Colorado River. In fact that’s our water supply. It’s not suitable for drinking without some form of filtering. I have a whole house filter to remove the calcium scale, but the taste is still “off”. The Water Machine we began using one week ago has made a world of difference in our appreciation of clean tasteless drinking, cooking, and coffee water. I highly recommend this quality product.

I don't have to purchase expensive water filters that doesn't get all the bad stuff out. The water tastes like water should taste. The spigot is durable and doesn't move around or leak. I've had my Water Machine for a bit over a year, and I love it! I did notice the gasket on the pour spout had started to leak a bit, so I asked if I could get a replacement gasket from you or if I should just go to a hardware store to find one. We moved to Windsor and called the water company. They claimed the city water was drinkable. Then I did research and the EPA currently allows way too many chemicals in the city water. The new EPA guidelines in CA will cut down on 1000's of illnesses and deaths but every county has 3 years to reach the new regulations. But that means...the current water is making us sick. Water is life! We need clean drinking water. To me, this machine is not a luxury item, but a necessary item for health.

The Water Machine is great! My family is drinking so much more water than before now that we have a cool dispenser (my kids words not mine). My only concern with the Water Machine is that when I was assembling the spicket to its place tiny shards of glass was coming off the hole but all it took was a good rise out of the bottom glass chamber to remove those before filling it up and enjoying great tasting water without all those unwanted things in our tap water.
