I received it in the mail. Unfortunately, you came broken everything but the lid and all the accessories. I was disappointed but I reached out to the company and they got back to me reasonable amount of time and rectified the problem considering the money I spent I was really concerned, but they made it right and I’m super happy with the product. I would recommend the purchase of this water filter system. Thanks again for taking care of me. Great product.

So water now a days isn’t very hydrating but with the water machine I still get all the minerals and none of the bad chemical's. It’s better for the environment and my pocket! I would like to add the fact that it is glass instead of stainless steel is my favorite part, I’m one that can taste the metallic flavor stainless steel leaves behind, so it was a big reason why choosing The Water Machine was a no brainer. GET IT YOU!!! WONT REGRET IT!!!!!

The Water Machine is an exquisite yet simple water filtration system…. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am really glad i purchased it. I go to my kitchen sink, fill up a pitcher and then the upper chamber and then let the filtration run its course…. Water tastes great….. and I especially appreciate the convenience of not having to lug 5 gallon jugs to and from the grocery store anymore….. best part it’s economical… so far so good… Thanks again Dave. 👍

This was very easy to set up and it’s really pleasing to the eye. I love that it is glass so you know there’s no leaching. My tap water here in Tularosa NM is absolutely horrible and has the worst taste. It’s not refreshing at all. Anytime you bath your skin itches from the chlorine. Our first time using the water machine we used tap water to see if it tasted better or not and it made it taste slightly better but still not fresh enough. So now I’m using a combo of distilled and tap just because.

The water from this filter system taste great, even better than the bottled water I was forced to drink before. The tap water I put into it is terrible and it makes it taste awesome after filtering. I have not ran any water test so I can't speak for just how well it works scientifically, but the taste is a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone on the fence about ordering one. I love the water machine , it's the only water I drink now , no more plastic water bottles for us and the taste is great . The only issue I've had is when filling a bottle or cup the dispensing slows to nothing due to the vacuum caused by being sealed . I fixed the issue by placing a popsicle stick in between the upper and lower bottle seals to let some air get in.

I’m recovering from several surgeries and anyone who has ever had one knows that anesthesia kinda cooks the tastebuds. Filtered water tastes like metal and bottled water taste like chemicals. The reason is that there are minerals and metals in water and bottled water I can taste the plastic. The Water Machine removes this and has the closest thing to 1950 drawn well water.
