I like the machine. Assembly was minimal and easy. Only thing I would improve on is how to get the water out that’s below the tap. Not a big issue though. We have high calcium and lime in our city water. Even the fridge filter does not remove it. This water system removes most of it and provides the best tasting, clean water. I love the clear glass as it helps make it disappear in my kitchen. It allows you to feel confident that your water is crystal clear. I thought one of the gaskets was missing but it was inside one of the other gasket. David answered my question quickly about the gasket. Fantastic customer service.
