I bought the water machine a while ago. I just moved and needed the stand in our new place. It was easy to assemble and now I can put it exactly where I wanted it. I went too a house last week and saw a metal one with the same concept. Charcoal slow drip. But the water machine holds more water and I like that I can see the clarity of the water and level of eatuin the water machine. Very pleased!

The Water Machine is easy to set up. I did have some trouble with the flushing of the filters as I have arthritis & found it hard to press the filters into the faucet so I don't think I was able to do an adequate flush so it takes longer to fill the bottom tank but the water is amazing. Glad I purchased it, worth the price & looks great on my counter.

It’s great, handle it with care. I tried picking up the lower chamber filled with water the first day I got it to pour out the first batch of water and the bottom plate of glass separated from the wall of the lower chamber resulting in water spilling everywhere. They sent me a replacement lower chamber with no hassle. Real recognizes real and they are mighty familiar.
