I love everything about it. I wanted a Berkley for a long time but when I saw yours and realized I could see where the water level was at all times that was the deciding factor. The only thing I would change is the knob on the top piece. It could be a bit more "knob ish" so you could grab it easier without fear of dropping it. It is beautiful in my kitchen!

I am 70 years old and find my watermarking easy to handle. In my area, the tap water contains Radon and chlorine. I could not handle 5 gallon bottles of water and smaller bottles take up limited space in my apartment. The watermachine is perfect for me. Definitely works wonderful! My only gripe would be it does tend to leak out the faucet. I don't want to break it but I feel like it's as tight as it could go. Well worth the price and the very tiny drip thats happening. I would do it again and recommend it to everybody!!
