I love the filters and you can taste the difference. These days there are so many contaminates in water its nice to have some way to clean them out. I Bought a second set of filters to rotate after cleanings, unfortunately i ended up breaking one filter nozzle off after the first replacement. I must have over tightened. Ugh… I’ll work with what I have. I love it otherwise… now you need to make one to filter all water into home… so i can shower in clean water too:)

I do love the clear glass unit as I can see what my water level is in both tanks without having to guess. I do have one suggestion though. The metal spout to me is really a no no, as why have a glass unit with nothing metal, and then put a metal nozzle on it, does not make sense to me. The plastic spouts is really better, because if any of it happens to leach into your water the plastic is easier to remove than the metal. Great product if you like the idea of a gravity system. It is tall and best if you have a stand and area for it-- as it did not fit countertop. I had a slight issue with the spigot-- but customer service was great and replaced the part immediately. All in all I would tell friends and family about this for their homes.

Love the product. Post filtered water has a huge difference in overall taste and quality. Make sure you don’t fill the top portion when you’re bottom (filtered) portion is full as it will leak out the middle seal. Living in central Texas we experience very hard water and the water after being filtered by the machine taste and feels like it’s been through a water softener 10/10 wish I had bought it sooner.

The water machine itself is wonderful and we can tell a big difference in drinking and using for cooking. However, not a fan of the bamboo water stand as it was “bowed” when we received it. 5 days later, it broke in half. My wife and I were disappointed honestly we thought we could get a replacement. But because it was free, we would have to purchase one. So we have decided to pass on that option. It is not as convenient but the stands could be more sturdy.
