I love using your product . I'm in southwest Florida and our water is fine down here . But I can taste the difference using the water machine . I eat clean I might as well drink clean also . I am very happy with my purchase of the water machine. It was fairly simple to set up, but I recommend washing it thoroughly beforehand. I thought it was odd that the instructions included said that the container was clean and to only use a towel to wipe down. I found it to be full of debris, dust, what looked like dried leaves/sticks, and possibly small shards of glass??? The water machine works great! The top tank seems to be crooked. The filters are leaning toward the middle. I do not know if this is correct alignment or not. One of them leans considerable more than the other. The glass top is deformed as well.
