It’s beautiful and I’m proud to have it on my counter and I wasn’t sure how the filters were going to work, so I actually bought the water test strips And tested the water and it came back Great! It remove fluoride, chlorine, lead , mercury, and a host of other toxic chemicals! Very happy with my purchase!

Nasty well water on top, fresh clean water dripping down! I tested water from tap, although it’s “safe” per each test, it was borderline. Tested water from water machine, it checked out perfect. The test was from Amazon- https://a.co/d/0hbcr1O so take it for what is. Filtered water is odorless and flavorless; the way pure water should be.

From the purchase to shipping everything was flawless.
One small item on the upper tank we didn’t notice until we started pouring the water in. A small hairline crack in the glass next to where the filter attaches. It’s not leaking through so we left it set up. Not sure if this happened from the installation of the filter or was already there before un packaging.

Besides this water filtration system ring absolutely beautiful it is a great addition to my kitchen. I live in a place where the tap water smells very strongly of chlorine. We just love our Water Machine! The water tastes wonderful, no chemical taste or odors. It’s as clear as a mountain spring. Sometimes our city water is yellow and cloudy, but the filter takes that right out. Not only do we drink it, I use it for my sourdough bread, as well as our coffee.
