With my first order of Honda marine 10 30 oil, the PO sent a note and the box to flap (that had my address) and said, "we are so sorry .... hope this doesn't create an inconvenience." Can you imagine? However, upon writing to Boats Max Online, they immediately sent a replacement package of 2 gallons of oil and 2 filters. There were no questions asked, just gray customer service. The products are both 5 star! Customer service is 5+!

If I could suggest anything it would be to better pack your boxes. The quarts and gallon and filter were just thrown in a box with no additional material. The box was smashed open by the time I got it.

I debated long shaft or short shaft and decided on the long shaft. Glad that I did. I got a jack plate for my transom and it works great. I recently had a spinal fusion so the electric start and tilt literally makes the difference in my ability to go fishing.
