Myco morning - This is such a game changer. I was so skeptical of the mushroom craze but I liked the idea of the morning and night blends that Arbor do, so I gave it a go. I'd describe the taste as slightly earthy but I didn't want the chocolate/sugar filled alternatives and this works great for me. The results are so much better than I expected, longer energy in the day to the point I'm not drinking coffee, and my attention & focus has definitely improved. Will be repurchasing!
